We are accredited BreatheHR Partners, providing you with a cloud-based solution to capture, centralise and manage all Employee data, securely, including holiday reporting, absence management, onboarding information and Health and Safety documentation.
You are able to generate customisable reports to effectively measure and report on key People KPIs. Your Business Partner will manage the set up and administration of the system, getting you and your team up and running and will provide continued support and guidance, answering any questions you may have along the way.
Personal, Professional & dedicated
We will pair you with your own dedicated HR Business Partner who not only best meets your requirements and ensure a true understanding of your business and your people, but who is also as local as possible to provide the most responsive and flexible services as well as offering you remote support 7 days a week (including out of hours advice and support). Your Business Partner will become one of a team, working closely in partnership with you and gaining an in-depth understanding of the business.
Alongside your Business Partner, you will have access to the whole Clover Team, who have a wealth and breath of unrivalled HR experience, knowledge and understanding. We will never leave you without an immediate point of contact, whenever you need us, we will be there for you.
