Michael Doolin – Managing Director

I really believe in our business, Clover HR. I want to truly ensure that People add value in Business and believe that I have a unique blend of skills and experience to help your Business realise that value, growth and sustained, improve performance.

With over 30 years HR experience in Ford, British Airways, PwC, DHL and DPD, I believe that I have an unrivalled HR career that will facilitate Business growth and performance improvement. I am an ex Lay member of the Birmingham and Bristol Employment Tribunal panel and have been a guest lecturer in Warwick Business School for the past 10 years, plus, I am a Fellow of our Professional Institute, FCIPD.

We provide Business Coaching support and I am currently completing my Masters Coaching qualification with the ILM.  I have coached around 30 Business Managers and Leaders in the past 3 years. Read their testimonials here

Outside of work, I am lucky to have two beautiful daughters, Lydia and Eleanor, enjoy playing regular squash and irregular rugby and cycling, and always love the company of family and friends.

Sara Hope – Director of HR Services

CIPD qualified with over 20 years HR experience, Sara has worked across a range of industry sectors both in the U.K and overseas. Sara has managed HR teams, implemented new HR functions and adopts a true business partnering approach, working closely with executive management teams. She has lead HR teams delivering: HR Advice and Support, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Talent Management and Learning and Development.

Sara believes that an organisation’s people are the key to achieving success and her objective is to ensure that all staff have the support they need to reach their potential. Her collaborative and supportive style allows her to build relationships quickly with directors and management teams. Utilising her extensive HR and business knowledge she is able to develop strategies and deliver creative solutions to drive organisational performance.

Passionate about learning and development, she is an experienced mentor and enjoys working closely with businesses to design and implement talent management programmes. Sara has previously taught on the CIPD programme and is proud to be a mentor on the One Million Mentors programme and the CIPD mentoring project.

Sara’s focus at Clover HR🍀 is managing our client relationships and leading the Service Delivery team to ensure service excellence and bespoke, innovative solutions.

Outside of work Sara loves spending time with family and friends and is an enthusiastic but not particularly good tennis player! She is an Assistant Scout leader and holds an enhanced level DBS.

Charlotte Harding – Head of Projects

Charlotte holds a wealth of experience in Talent acquisition & HR partnering spanning over a decade. She has effectively transformed and created HR departments, from Global established organisations to start-up SMEs, putting strategies in place to manage scalability for a growing company.

Her professional objective is to partner with each business to attract, develop and retain the appropriate people resources needed to meet the current and future organisational objectives. Charlotte Leigh – Head of Resourcing

Along with a generalist knowledge in HR, Charlotte has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and is skilled at ascertaining a business’ requirements very quickly to provide them with a solution.  She is keen to work in partnership with local businesses and assist them with their HR and Recruitment, allowing them to focus more time and energy on their core business development goals.

Sarah Hudson – HR Business Partner & Solicitor (non practicing)

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2009 before moving into HR. She now acts as a non practicing solicitor and is an Associate member of the CIPD.

With a wide-ranging HR background, she has a particular focus on employee relations and compliance matters.

Sarah enjoys working in partnership with clients to deliver practical solutions, utilising her experience of advising on the full employment lifecycle.

Alison Tweedale – HR Business Partner

Alison, a passionate CIPD qualified HR professional with over 20 years experience working within the private and public sector. She has worked at all levels of the HR hierarchy gaining a breadth of knowledge and skills. She thrives on new challenges and in particular supporting businesses and employees through change which can be a nervous time for all involved.

She has extensive experience working within the facilities services arena with vast TUPE in and out experience. She loves to support and develop others and during her career has mentored several HR colleagues and seen them flourish.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her grown-up family and walking her two dogs, but most of all holidays in her caravan on the Norfolk coast.

Leanne Cox – HR Business Partner

Leanne has worked within SME’s since leaving university, and has a strong HR generalist background with over 8 years’ experience in delivering business results. Having achieved her CIPD Associate in 2016, Leanne is keen to embed her knowledge into the workplace, whilst continually striving to develop.

As a HR generalist, Leanne has robust experience across the HR platform, including reorganisation and merging companies. However, Leanne most enjoys working in partnership with organisations to assist them with employee engagement, HR reporting and HR analytics.

Jon Whiteley – HR Business Partner

Jon is a seasoned professional Head of HR and Senior HR Business partner, with a wealth of proven achievements across all HR disciplines with a particular strength in Change Management, Organisational Design and Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.
Jon has over 25 years in depth experience as a commercial focussed HR Business Partner and has proven relationship skills at Executive and Director Levels. Jon firmly believes Heads of HR and HR Business Partners should be commercially astute and be able to add value to all commercial discussions both inside and outside of HR.
Jon has led on major HR transformation projects for Royal Mail, Cap Gemini, UBS Poland, Rwe Npower and Coventry Building Society amongst others.
Jon has also led on many Strategic Diversity and Inclusion programmes ensuring that Diversity and Inclusion is owned by the Business and not just perceived as an HR issue.

A passionate and people focused Human Resources Leader, change champion and qualified Accountant (ACMA), with strong business acumen, Fiona has extensive  experience in international Blue Chip FMCG companies including Cargill, Kraft (now Mondelez) and Motorola.

She is an inspirational leader and highly pragmatic and analytical in her approach.  Fiona is a trusted strategic partner and coach having worked with numerous MDs, boards and leadership teams across all functions in business during her career.  She particularly enjoys working on change projects which deliver  improved leadership, talent or business performance whether these be organisational or cultural.

Hi I’m Hannah………I am the Clover HR Team PA providing office support and administration input whenever and wherever required. I have an admin background having worked in a very busy Doctors Surgery as an Office Administrator for five years.  I am currently pursuing my degree in Criminology and also run a very busy household as a mum to 2 young Children.  That’s why I am never far from a glass of wine at weekends!

Charles Stubbing – Business Consultant

An experienced Company Director with over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing for retail and leisure industries.  Covering areas of finance, ISO9001, 14001, FSC compliance, human resource management, marketing and administration.
