Summarising 2017…

It seems apt to take the opportunity this week to summarise 2017…

For myself and my new company Clover HR, 2017 has most definitely been a very successful and positive year indeed!

After much planning, Spring 2017 saw the launch of Clover HR. My lifetime goal to run my own HR company became a reality and even in its first year, Clover HR goes from strength to strength.

As well as offering HR support and interim consultancy and coaching, I have been instrumental in recruiting and training many of your staff during 2017. My ethos behind Clover HR has and continues to be to share in the knowledge and experience that I have gained during my 30 years in the field.

Recent topics that I have shared on my blog have included the gender pay gap, GDPR, mental health in the workplace, recruitment and taking care of your employees…. after all, your staff are your best company asset.

I thrive on the ever evolving world of HR and its ever evolving topics. If there are any topics that you would like covered in 2018, I’d be delighted to hear from you.

Like me, I hope that many of you can share in the successes of this year? 2017 has certainly been one of the most memorable years in my life and I simply cannot wait to see what 2018 brings for us all…
