Her expertise lies in employee relations, well-being, performance management, and policy development—areas in which she has consistently driven positive change and improved organisational outcomes.

Kim’s broad professional background also includes roles in logistics and recruitment, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the full employee life cycle. At Clover HR, she works closely with clients to cultivate supportive, high-performing workplace cultures, offering strategic guidance to help leaders manage complex HR issues with confidence and clarity.

Deeply committed to the holistic well-being of individuals in and out of the workplace, Kim is a qualified Reiki practitioner and currently advancing her studies in psychodynamic counselling. When she’s not advising clients or studying, Kim enjoys exploring the Scottish hills and unwinding through yoga.
