Celebrating 5 years of excellence
Michael Doolin, our Managing Director, started Clover HR in early 2017, with an understanding of the breadth and depth of our HR offering, and the intention to translate that to offer high value HR support to the SME market
With many lessons learnt along the way we are extremely proud of our achievements to date. Four key lessons learnt over the 5 years have since become the 4 corner stones of the Clover Leaf – Resilience, Humour, Self Belief and Pride.
We hope to continue adding great value to the SME market within retained HR and most importantly, enjoying every day along the journey.
Over the Years
Clover HR was born and founded in Worcestershire, with our first retained HR client on board ‘Jigsaw Mortgages’ in Coventry.
Our first website was launched
Jenny Riley joined the business, now Director of Compliance
Charlotte Harding joined the business, now Director of Strategic Development
Charlotte Leigh joined the business, now Director of Operations
Our 20th retained HR client was won – ‘Orthodontics Excellence’
Clover Recruitment was launched
Clover went live on Social Media
Clover developed their 2nd website to help build and develop their business model
Clover won their 50th retained HR client ‘Media Access Solutions’
ISO 9001 Quality Standard was achieved
Clover’s 3rd Website was developed and launched to appeal to a much larger audience delivering the right perception of Clover & our core services
Our 5th Office location opened in Cardiff
Clover is now a team of 35 advisers, 30 of which are HRBP
