With over 15 years of HR experience, particularly within SME environments, Leanne combines strategic thinking with practical, commercially focused HR solutions. Her work supports businesses to flourish through effective people management, strong operational processes, and a clear focus on delivering high-quality client service.
Leanne’s career includes significant experience in organisational design, employee engagement, HR systems, employee relations, compliance, and business change. At Clover HR, she has supported key operational and people-focused initiatives, helping to strengthen the business as it continues to grow and evolve.
