Clover HR is looking for experienced part-time HR Consultants/HR Business Partners. Clover HR is an award-winning team providing consultancy and support services in Business & HR Support, HR Solutions, Change Management Support, Leadership Coaching and Recruitment & Training to a range of SME Businesses. It has grown significantly in the past 18 months reflecting the need for highly tailored, added value HR support of the highest calibre. The successful candidates will be working closely with the Managing Director and play an active role in the company’s continued growth and ongoing success. There may be a requirement to travel and work in Birmingham dependent on the needs of the clients. These are field-based roles working from a home office.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
● Provide quality, pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice and support to a varied portfolio of clients, providing advice on a range of matters – disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management processes and sickness absence management issues
● TUPE, Redundancies
● Coaching, supporting and developing clients and supporting on a range of HR issues
Key skills and experience:
● CIPD qualified
● Employee relations experience is essential,
● Good understanding and knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application
● A sense of humour!
Location: Home based with some travel locally across Worcestershire and Birmingham.
Hours: A minimum of 3 hours per week but up to 10 hours per week on an as needs basis. There is flexibility how this can be worked.
Salary: £15 – 25 per hour, dependent upon experience.
Mobile Phone expenses and any IT costs will be reimbursed.
