Mary has obtained her Associate Diploma with the CIPD and is currently working towards achieving Chartered status. She is highly practical in her approach, with a natural ability to unravel complexity and translate challenges into clear, effective solutions.
She has extensive experience dealing with complex employee relations matters, absence management, training and development, and organisational design. Mary is recognised for her keen eye for simplifying complex issues and her ability to provide clear, supportive guidance to the clients she works with.
In recognition of her outstanding contribution to the HR profession, Mary has also been awarded the title of Insider’s HR and Recruitment Young Professional of the Year 2025/2026 , reflecting the impact and value of her work within the HR sphere.
