Leila Laggoune

HR Business Partner

Leila is an experienced HR professional with a BA (Hons) in Business Management (2:1) and CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management, completed in 2024. She has developed a strong breadth of HR experience across fast-paced, complex and international environments, with particular strengths in employee relations, organisational change and HR business partnering.

Most recently, Leila worked as an HR Business Partner within a global technology organisation, providing end-to-end HR support across multiple European countries, with a particular focus on the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. Her experience included advising managers on employment matters, managing complex employee relations cases, supporting organisational restructures and consultations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, processes and employment legislation.

Previously, Leila held HR Advisor and HR Generalist positions within the healthcare and technology sectors, gaining further experience across the full employee lifecycle. This included absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, policy development and organisational change.

Leila began her HR career in an HR coordination role before progressing into recruitment and increasingly senior HR positions. This progression demonstrates her strong commercial awareness, adaptability and commitment to developing a career in HR.

She is confident working independently and with stakeholders at all levels, handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. Leila is particularly effective at building trusted relationships with managers and employees and providing practical, clear and commercially focused HR advice.

With experience across both operational and strategic HR activities, Leila would be well suited to HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or generalist HR roles, particularly within organisations undergoing growth, change or transformation.
