Iain is a seasoned HR Consultant with over 20 years’ experience supporting SMEs, non-profits, and global organisations to build stronger people practices. A CIPD Fellow and ICF-accredited coach, he combines deep HR expertise with a warm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
He specialises in helping growing businesses and founders develop HR infrastructure that is fit for purpose—without the fluff. From creating HR handbooks and designing recruitment processes to managing complex employee relations cases or leading sensitive change programs, Iain supports clients with the strategic thinking and hands-on delivery they need.
