Kate Forde

Kate Forde is a highly experienced HR professional with over two decades of HR generalist experience. During her career Kate has worked in a number of HR roles and across various sectors including the art world, veterinary specialists, education, hospitality and airlines. This breadth of experience has allowed Kate to prove her capabilities across the whole spectrum of HR issues but with a particular focus on employee relations and employment law. Kate’s focus on providing a high standard of HR advice and support has helped her to build strong relationships with clients and their employees whilst handling sometimes complex and contentious issues confidently and sympathetically.

Throughout her career, Kate has worked on employee relations as well as performance management, restructuring, TUPE transfers and the introduction and implementation of HR policies and handbooks . Kate has also worked with all levels of the business looking at business strategy and how this fits with the company values and mission.

Outside of her professional life, Kate is a Trustee at a Multi Academy Trust and enjoys time with friends and family, travelling, swimming and practicing her (not great) French.
